- Unclear from limited information whether this chapel dedicated to S. Vicente is one and the same as that belonging to church of Convent of S. Domingo; alternatively, S. Vicente's birth place (natal home) is said to have been converted into a "capilla". The facts as we have them from Vilaplana: chapel originally built (or 'faced') in 15th c. Extensive external remodelling 1772-1782 in ornate baroque style presided over by master-of-works Jose Puchol and brought to term by Jose Puchol Rubio, his son; and matched by interior decorating campaign undertaken by many artists including Jose Vergara (mural paintings)
