coextrusion
Definición
- Co-extrusion is the process of creating a product with an expanded cereal shell, which is filled with a soft filling as the product is formed at the die. The soft filling is prepared separately and pumped from a holding tank into the expanded cereal shell at the die. (Source : INRA)
