- commissioned by one Stepanos; brought to Lemberg (now L'viv, UKR); until late 1930s in the Uniate Armenian Archbishopric's library there; presumed destroyed WWII; rediscovered 1985 in Gniezno (POL), cathedral library; after conservation of ca.1997 in Mainz (DEU), secretly transferred from Gniezno to an unknown custodian (thought by some to be the Primate of Poland)
