Definition
- A fluid that is generally composed of two or three safe (cheap, non-toxic, renewable, and biodegradable) components that are capable of self-association, often through hydrogen bond interactions, to form a liquid close to the eutectic composition, i.e., the molar ratio of the components which has the lowest melting point (eutectic point).
