- A family of signal transducing adaptor proteins that are similar in structure and function to YAP-SIGNALING PROTEINS. They are components of the HIPPO-SIGNALING PATHWAY, and may act as transcriptional co-activators for TEAD TRANSCRIPTION FACTORS.
