Definición
- Hypertension due to RENAL ARTERY OBSTRUCTION or compression. HYPERTENSION due to renal ISCHEMIA. In 1934, Harry Goldblatt described that hypertension can be produced experimentally by using a clamp to obstruct blood flow to one kidney, the Goldblatt phenomenon.
