Définition
- Solvent-free method for preparing numerous types of drug delivery systems and dosage forms for active pharmaceutical ingredients that have solubility issues. It involves pumping polymeric materials at temperatures above their glass transition temperature to mix in active pharmaceutical ingredients with or without binders thus forming an amorphous product with an increase in the dissolution profile for the active pharmaceutical ingredients.
