Définition
- A multi-domain mitochondrial membrane protein and member of the bcl-2 Protein family. Bak protein interacts with TUMOR SUPPRESSOR PROTEIN P53 and promotes APOPTOSIS. An isoform of Bak protein containing only the N-terminal BH3 domain. N-Bak promotes neuronal apoptosis.
