- The National Business Group on Health (NBGH) is a nonprofit healthcare coalition that represents large employers' views on national health policy issues and provides practical solutions to its members' healthcare concerns. Based in Washington, D.C., the NBGH's members include mainly large companies, which provide coverage to more than 50 million workers, retirees, and their families throughout the United States.
