- The National Citizens' Coalition for Nursing Home Reform (NCCNHR) is a nonprofit membership organization that advocates for the rights, safety, and dignity of America's long-term care residents. Located in Washington, D.C., NCCNHR is a coalition of approximately 200 citizen advocacy organizations with members from 42 states in the United States as well as long-term care ombudsman from most states.
