- Founded in 2002, the University of Kentucky Center for Poverty Research (UKCPR) is one of two economically based research centers located in the University of Kentucky at Lexington’s Gatton College of Business and Economics. The UKCPR, with its sister facility, the Center for Business and Economic Research, provides data and research for the Gatton College Economic Outlook, which provides economic forecasts for Kentucky and the United States.
