Definition
- Globalization is often associated with either neo-liberalism or a new political world order. These processes, which reveal a new connectedness of worldwide conflicts and crises, including concerns for a sustainable environment, for human rights, and the protection of cultural traditions, have led to new research fields on one hand and academic debates about theories of globalization on the other.
