Definition
- Reciprocal site refers to a strategic crisis response based on a reciprocal agreement or memorandum of agreement between two organizations, requesting to whom to lend mutual assistance and to back up each other as an emergency happens. This reciprocal assistance would work when local resources cannot meet the response needs of a crisis, such as a large-scale hazard or terrorism event.
