- NOT EVEN TWO decades old, the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center(VICC)at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, is the only institute in the state of Tennessee recognized as a Comprehensive Cancer Center by the National Cancer Institute (NCI).
