Concept information
Preferred term
managerial cultural capital
Definition
- Cultural capital is a concept that to date has made little impact on organization studies. Closely associated with the work of Pierre Bourdieu, one of the key French social theorists of the 20th century, the concept needs to be seen in the context of other forms of capital.
