Rosabeth Moss Kanter
Definition
- In her seminal work, Men and Women of the Corporation, Rosabeth Moss Kanter (1943–) introduced the ideas of tokenism and homosocial reproduction to explain minorities’ experiences at work. The foundation of the book and these theories developed from Kanter's observations and interviews of women who worked at a Fortune 500 industrial supply company.
