gender effects on music listening
Definition
- Adolescence is a time of identity development, specifically with regard to sexuality and gender, and adolescents spend an enormous amount of time listening to popular music and music videos. Music is also of high importance for “tweens” (roughly ages 9-to-12-years-old), who are at an age when many are in their first more serious romantic relationship.
