  • Racism in education inhibits access to one of society's most valuable resources: the opportunity to learn and obtain an education. Article 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which has been printed in multiple languages and was ratified by all but a few nations in 1948, declared that all persons have a right to learn.
