- Project PATHE (Positive Action Through Holistic Education) was a comprehensive school-based program that combined services to students who are identified to be at elevated risk for developing problem behaviors with school-wide organizational changes intended to create a supportive school environment. It was implemented between 1980 and 1983 by the Charleston County School District in Charleston, South Carolina, with funds provided through the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention's Alternative Education Initiative.
