Definition
- Neo-Nazi skinheads are a subgroup of the skinhead culture with a propensity for committing acts of vandalism, violence, and murder against targeted groups, including blacks, Jews, Asians, Hispanics, homosexuals, and other minorities. The “skinhead” movement first appeared in the early 1970s, when groups of dangerous-looking teens dressed in combat boots and sporting shaved heads and tattoos began to roam the streets of England.
