Definition
- The Wayruro People's Communication project began in the early 1990s in the far northwestern Argentinean province of Jujuy, which is located some 1,000 miles from Buenos Aires and borders Bolivia to the north and the Andes and Chile to the west. More than many countries, much of government decision making is concentrated in the capital, which is home to one third of the population.
