Definition
- Students pursuing higher education away from a primary/main campus often deal with unique challenges, but may also benefit from familiar surroundings, access to critical resources, and opportunities to remain involved with family and work commitments. Possible challenges for students when studying away from a main campus include concern for adequacy of academic resources, interaction with faculty outside of class time, and minimal engagement with traditional aspects of campus community.
