Definition
- The National Coalition for the Homeless (NCH) is an American charity based in Washington, D.C., with a mission to end homelessness. In addition to what it calls “housing justice,” the coalition seeks to improve economic conditions and health care access for homeless people and ensure their civil rights, including the right to vote.
