- EMPLOYMENT CAN BE categorized in many ways: blue-collar versus white-collar, full-time versus part-time, year-round versus seasonal, permanent versus migrant, skilled versus semiskilled or unskilled, unionized versus nonunionized, experienced versus apprentice.
