consequential validity
Definición
- Consequential validity emerged from concerns related to societal ramifications of assessments. The Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing(American Educational Research Association, 1999) views validity as a unitary concept that measures the degree to which all the accumulated evidence supports the intended interpretation of test scores for the proposed purpose.
