Caesarism
Definición
- Named after the first Roman Emperor Julius Caesar (100–44 BCE), Caesarism connotes absolute rule, dictatorship, and use of military force. It is believed François Auguste Romieu, in his Ere des Césars (1850), first coined the neologism. [Source: The Encyclopedia of Political Science; Caesarism]
