- Bounded emotionality is a mode of organizing that takes account of feelings, sensations, and affective responses to organizational situations. It provides a way of understanding how organizational experiences shape, and are shaped by, the emotional expressions and work feelings associated with creating and sustaining practices relating to nurturing, caring, community, supportiveness, and interrelatedness.
