Definición
- Action learning is based on two principles; first, that in the context of work, managers can learn from taking action and from reflecting on action over time in order to transform current and future practice (action learning); second, that a manager's learning is enhanced when it occurs in the company of colleagues who are similarly engaged (an action learning set).
