Thomas Campbell Clark

- Thomas Campbell Clark (1899–1977) served as an associate justice on the U.S. Supreme Court from 1946 to 1967. Born in Dallas, Texas, and educated at the University of Texas, Clark worked for President Franklin Roosevelt in the War Risk Litigation Section and later was in charge of the west coast division that interned Japanese Americans.
