- Created in 1978 under a bequest from Buffalo attorney Christopher Baldy, the Baldy Center for Law and Social Policy coordinates interdisciplinary research devoted to the study of law and legal institutions. The Center is located at the University at Buffalo (UB) School of Law, State University of New York, and it engages faculty and students throughout the university.
