critical pragmatism
Definición
- Critical pragmatism is a methodological orientation that believes that social science research should illuminate ideological domination, hegemonic practices, and social injustice; it also advocates an eclectic methodological experimentalism in the pursuit of this illumination. The critical element in critical pragmatism is derived from CRITICAL THEORY, particularly the work of Herbert Marcuse and Antonio Gramsci.
