Définition
- Gender as a force in both the formation and the homogenization of social networks has been a subject of persistent debate, both in the organizational studies literature and in the discussion of how men and women form social networks on the Internet and with technological tools. In both real-world contexts and online contexts, the homogenizing force of gender as a socially constructed variable has impacted the creation and composition of social networks.
