Définition

  • The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) provides a statutory framework for the U.S. government to engage in electronic surveillance and physical searches to obtain “foreign intelligence information,” which generally encompasses evidence of international terrorism, espionage, sabotage, or clandestine intelligence activities.
