zero defects
Définition
- A philosophy that aims to produce goods that are 100% perfect. Developed in the early 1960s in the United States by Philip Crosby, zero defects has the aim of eliminating the smallest defects at all levels. [Source: Dictionary of Strategy: Strategic Management A-Z; Zero Defects]
