- Most scholars and organizational leaders now recognize that an organization's culture has a powerful effect on many outcomes, including performance, job satisfaction, extrawork behaviors, and sustainability. E. H. Schein believed organizational culture is the most important facet in enhancing leadership and direction for the organization.
