  • James W. Reilley (1943–2005) was a former prosecutor and leading criminal defense attorney from Illinois who argued two Fourth Amendment cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. Born in 1943 in Chicago, Reilley earned his undergraduate degree from Loyola University and his law degree from John Marshall Law School.
