Définition
- A veteran is considered any person who served in the United States Armed Forces (i.e., Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard) and those retired from the Public Health Service Commissioned Corps. Due to their military experience, research suggests that some veterans have issues that are not as commonly found among nonveterans, including substance abuse problems.
