infectious diseases: role of super-spreaders
Définition
- The most infectious about 20% of the individuals in a population are responsible for approximately 80% of the transmission events. This relationship is known as the 20/80 rule, and the small percentage of individuals infecting disproportionately more contacts than most others in the population has become known as super-spreaders.
