Définition
- The United States has been a preferred destination for education and research for generations of foreign students and scholars, and this remains true today. However, as the international competition for foreign professionals, information technology workers, doctors and nurses, and university students steps up, there is some debate over whether the United States will maintain its leadership in attracting “the best and the brightest” regardless of their place of birth or location.
