Terme préférentiel
split choice
Définition
- A split choice arises if different members of an (apparently) homogeneous population select different options when confronted with the same decision scenario. The splitting of a treatment choice for clinically indistinguishable patients has implications for the economic evaluation of an intervention if the determinants of individual uptake are correlated with the valuation of the health benefit of the intervention.
