Berlin mandate

- The Berlin Mandate is a decision reached in 1995 at the first Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) that established a negotiating mandate for adopting specific biding commitments to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
