univariate analysis
Définition
- Univariate analysis is the analysis of the statistical characteristics of a single VARIABLE, including its DISTRIBUTION, its CENTRAL TENDENCY, and its SPREAD. The first step in univariate analysis is to plot the observations in a table or graph to examine the variable's distribution. NOMINAL variables can be presented in a PIE CHART or BAR chart.
