Définition
- Cultural imperialism can be thought of as the process whereby powerful countries attempt to penetrate and dominate the cultural life of weaker countries by imposing their values, attitudes, and beliefs on them. Commonly identified agents of this domination are the mass media, corporations, voluntary organizations such as missionary groups, and governmental or nongovernmental development agencies.
