- THE INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY of Paediatric On-cology/Société International d'Oncologie Pédiatrique (SIOP) is an international organization focused on research and clinical care related to pediatric cancer. SIOP's origins lie in the Club d'Oncologie Pédiatrique (Paediatric Oncology Club) founded in 1967 in the Paediatric Department of the Institut Gustave Roussy in Paris.
