Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children

Définition

  • The Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC) was developed in 1949 by David Wechsler to be an individually administered assessment of the cognitive abilities of children aged 5 through 15. The WISC was initially a downward extension of Wechsler's adult intelligence test, the Wechsler-Bellevue Intelligence Scale (WBIS, 1939).
