Définition
- Public aid is any sort of help given and received between strangers in a public place that can enhance citizens' bonds within the community. In the United States, asking for aid is felt to be the right of any citizen, no matter what the perceived disability status, ethnicity or race, sexual preference, social class, or gender of the persons involved.
