Définition
- The mission of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) is to assist attorneys defending the accused in criminal cases to ensure that justice and due process are protected. After attending a course at Northwestern University Law School in Chicago, Illinois, a group of defense attorneys formed the NACDL in 1958, with the help of Professor Fred Inbau.
