- Anthony J. Culyer is a senior scientist at the Institute for Work and Health, a professor of economics (on leave) at the University of York in the United Kingdom, and an adjunct professor in the Department of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto. He is recognized internationally for his work in health economics, with special expertise in the appropriate use of health technology from both an economic and clinical perspective, and the effective translation of this knowledge into practice.
