Definition
- Atmospheric Phenomenon is commonly used in weather observing practice, an observable occurrence of particular physical significance within the atmosphere; from the viewpoint of weather observations, the atmospheric phenomena include all hydrometeors (precipitation types and fogs), blowing snow, thunderstorms, tornadoes, waterspouts, and others.
