- A communication infrastructure for scholarly publishing and open science. Sustained cooperatively, this initiative focuses on a non-profit publishing model to preserve the scholarly and open nature of scientific communication. Sustained by the non-profit civil association “AmeliCA A.C.,” this initiative is led by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO) and the Network of Scientific Journals from Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal (Redalyc).
